Wellwood Municipal Partners LLC (the “Fund”) is a recently‑formed Delaware limited liability company whose investment objective is to seek superior, risk-adjusted returns in tax‑exempt securities with lower volatility than the broader municipal and corporate bond markets. The Fund will seek to produce an attractive current yield with the potential, in certain circumstances, for capital appreciation on bonds acquired at discounts to par value.

Wellwood Municipal Advisors LLC (the “Manager”) serves as the managing member of the Fund and, in that capacity, has overall responsibility for managing the business and affairs of the Fund, including its investment and trading decisions. Sterling Grace Municipal Securities Corp., as advisor, will provide research and trading support services to the Manager (the “Advisor”).
