Provident Realty Partners (“PRP”) is a private investment firm based in Princeton, NJ. PRP seeks to invest its capital in income producing assets that provide superior risk adjusted returns.
PRP is a member of Wellwood Muncipal Advisors LLC (the “Manager”) which serves as the managing member of Wellwood Municipal Partners LLC (“the Fund”). The Fund is a recently‑formed Delaware limited liability company whose investment objective is to seek superior, risk-adjusted returns in tax‑exempt securities with lower volatility than the broader municipal and corporate bond markets. The Fund will seek to produce an attractive current yield with the potential, in certain circumstances, for capital appreciation on bonds acquired at discounts to par value.
Prior to forming PRP, the founders of PRP were trustees and senior officers of Provident Senior Living Trust, a privately held real estate investment trust formed in 2004 that owned 68 senior housing facilities in 19 states. In June 2005, PSLT was acquired by Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR), a leading diversified healthcare REIT .
