Provident Realty Partners (“PRP”) is a real estate investment firm based in Princeton, NJ. PRP is the managing member of PF Capital Partners, a joint venture between PRP and one of the nation's largest equity capital management firms. PF Capital Partners invests in real estate assets, including office, industrial, retail, automotive dealerships, educational related assets, residential and facilities which are net leased to its operating partner tenants.
Prior to forming PRP, the founders of PRP were trustees and officers of Provident Senior Living Trust, a privately held real estate investment trust formed in 2004 that owned 68 senior housing facilities in 19 states. In June 2005, PSLT was acquired by Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR), a leading diversified healthcare REIT, for $1.2 billion. |
